What We Do

— Al-Kitab Education Board
Established in 2003, the Al-Kitab Education Board is a flagship project of MWS. Initially starting with examination services for 10 affiliated schools, the board expanded significantly in 2022 and now works with 23 formally affiliated schools through Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).

— Elementary School in Rural Area
Since 2003, Mukhliseen Welfare Society has operated elementary schools in underserved areas including Bhookan, Jhugian Mehrok, Shinowal, and Chowk Bhookan.

— Al-Kitab Public Library

Mukhliseen Welfare Society (MWS) has been committed to delivering educational and social services.
Established in 2002 and registered with the Social Welfare Department, Mukhliseen Welfare Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education and social development in Pakistan. Our primary focus lies in uplifting rural communities through accessible education, teacher training, and community libraries.
Impact Stories
Disaster Relief Efforts
Mukhliseen Welfare Society (MWS) has a long history of providing humanitarian aid during disasters, supplementing its regular education services.
2005 Earthquake Relief: MWS provided critical support to earthquake victims by submitting a relief fund to the Presidential Relief Fund and dispatching two consignments of relief goods to affected areas.
2010 and 2021 Flood Relief: During these calamities, MWS mobilized its workers to collect essential items like funds, clothes, medicines, and food. The organization established relief camps and distributed multiple consignments of relief goods among victim families.
Collaboration with Government Departments: MWS partnered with government departments on various relief programs, notably monitoring the Sasti Roti initiative under the Punjab Food Support Programme in 2009.
Dissemination of Knowledge and Awareness for Human Rights
In 2009, Mukhliseen Welfare Society (MWS) partnered with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), a renowned organization advocating for human rights, to launch the “Know & Protect Your Rights” campaign. This six-month initiative, spanning July to December, aimed to promote legal literacy and raise public awareness about women’s rights in Punjab.
In collaboration with the Government of Punjab, MWS actively participated in the campaign to combat violence against women, empowering communities to recognize and protect their rights.
